Hi everyone!

Yes, I'm really doing this: Making a complete fool of myself running a real 10K, just to raise some money for Yachad and NCSY in Cleveland. Support me, and you too can enjoy many minutes of laughter as you view the sure to come pictures (and perhaps video) of my epic collapse! Sara Cooperman has pledged to do her best to capture my impending falls, gasps, and pleadings for water for all of you.

All seriousness, the money goes to great causes in a wonderful city, and every donation is incredibly appreciated - as are kind words of support or really good lines making fun of me, though Yachad/NCSY really needs the former to run all their incredible programming.
